What physical discipline actually rewires in your mind, and why most people build it backwards. Coming soon.
What physical training actually rewires in your mind. The trailer's coming soon, and so is the full masterclass. Get on the list and you'll be first to see both.
A 12-week, group-based program for adults, built around three stages: Discipline first, built through the body. Then Direction, the same discipline pointed at the rest of your life. Then Depth, a quieter, steadier sense of who you are underneath both. Fifty people per cohort, one weekly live session, no individual coaching in this phase.
Be the first to get the trailer and the full masterclass the moment they drop.
We'll reach out by email and WhatsApp the moment the full masterclass is live.
Most personal development starts with mindset and hopes the body follows. I build it the other way around, because discipline you've proven in your body is faster to build and a lot harder to talk yourself out of.
A completed set doesn't lie to you. There's no negotiating with it, and that's exactly what makes physical training the fastest way to prove to yourself that you can actually change.
For example: the push-up you couldn't finish cleanly in Week 1, done properly in Week 4. Nobody has to tell you that's real. You already know. The same discipline you build under a bar shows up later at work, in your follow-through, in how you handle pressure. It's not an accident. It's the same trained response, just showing up somewhere new.
For example: the same person who didn't skip a 6am session starts finding it easier to have the hard conversation they'd been putting off at work.Once your body and mind are trained together, what's left is a steadier, quieter sense of who you are underneath both. That's the third stage, and I don't wrap it in ceremony or a label.
For example: you stop needing someone to notice the work for it to count. Doing it was always going to be enough.“What's wild in you was never meant to be tamed. Only trained.”
This framework comes from twelve years I spent living inside a disciplined, ashram-based way of life. It was a routine built entirely around training the body and mind together, and I've paired that with years of hands-on work in fitness with people in my own community. None of this is theory. It's what I watched work, again and again, and I've turned it into a structure you can actually follow too.
Building a community where people move with intention.
For the people who finish the masterclass and want the full arc. Not a single session. A structured 12 weeks, done together.
One 30-minute live group session each week, plus your own training days — decided individually in Week 1, based on what actually works for your schedule and body, not a fixed number handed to you.
Yes. If you miss a session, a recording is shared with the cohort. We'd just ask that you keep any personal reflections shared by others in the group private.
No. The program is built around your own baseline, tested and set by you in Week 1 — not a fixed standard everyone is expected to start at.
Everyone. The Ascent is built for adults generally, especially young adults, and isn't restricted by gender.
There's a specific re-entry practice for exactly this, introduced partway through the program and usable any time you fall behind, during the 12 weeks or after. Missing a week doesn't mean starting over.
Not in this phase. The cohort format is intentional — people sustain discipline better with others around them than working alone. Individual coaching may be considered in future phases.
Before the program closes, you build your own sustainable practice for afterward, so it doesn't depend on the cohort continuing. A next step is offered at the end, with no pressure attached.
Pricing and payment details are shared during the application process, since terms may vary by cohort.
Only what's genuinely useful for your trainer to know — any injury or physical limitation. This isn't collected as clinical intake, and The Ascent is not a substitute for medical or professional mental health advice.
A short form, not a purchase. If it's a fit, you'll be invited to a live group orientation call where enrollment opens.
